Get to know us & offer
I would be happy to meet you and your vacation rental in person. We'll view your property together, discuss your questions and needs, and discuss potential next steps .
Based on the information received there, I will prepare a personalized offer for the management of your vacation property.

Preparations
Depending on the initial situation, I furnish the vacation property, optimize existing listings on booking platforms or create new ones, automate processes in the background, and/or organize the cleaning and laundry service.
During this process, I would be happy to involve you - if desired - to ensure that the result meets your expectations.

Go Live
After successful preparation, your vacation property goes "live" and can be booked by guests from that point on, while I take over the ongoing management of your accommodation.
I will keep you updated on the progress of your vacation rental with transparent monthly reports, and of course, I am available to answer any questions you may have at any time.
